Application Process for Local Students

1
Submission of Application and Pre-course Counselling

The applicant completes and submits the Application Form and undergoes Pre-Course Counselling to be briefed on course and college information. A Pre-Course Counselling Form is to be completed and signed by the applicant to acknowledge understanding of key information provided.

Payment of Application Fee

The applicant proceeds to pay a non-refundable application fee of $650.

Submission of Necessary Documents

The applicant to submit all required and relevant documents, including:

  • Highest Level of Education Certificate and Transcript
  • Copy of NRIC

Entrance Assessment and Interview

Upon completing step 3, Applicant is required to undergo an entrance assessment and interview to evaluate their suitability for the selected course.

Issuance of Letter of Offer and Student Contract

Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer and Student Contract. The applicant must review, sign, and return the Student Contract to confirm acceptance of the offer.

Payment of Course Fees

The Student shall pay the course fees in accordance with the payment schedule stated in the Student Contract.

Student Orientation and Course Commencement

The student attends the College's Orientation Programme, and the course will then commence as per schedule stipulated in the Student Contract.

Application Process for International Students

Submission of Application and Pre-course Counselling

The applicant completes and submits the Application Form and undergoes Pre-Course Counselling to be briefed on course and college information. A Pre-Course Counselling Form is to be completed and signed by the applicant to acknowledge understanding of key information provided.

Payment of Application Fee

The applicant proceeds to pay a non-refundable application fee of $650.

Submission of Necessary Documents

The applicant submits all required and relevant documents, including:

  • 2 completed copies of Form 16 and V36. This is available under 'Download' section on the Resources page.
  • Notarized and translated Birth Certificate.
  • Notarized and translated Highest Level of Education Certificate and Transcript.
  • Copy of Applicant's IC and Passport.
  • Employment Letters of Applicant's Parents. (Printed on companies' letterhead, stating the designation, salary and duration of work with the company) (if applicable)
  • Notarized and translated Bank Deposit Statement (if applicable)
  • Recent passport-size photograph

Entrance Assessment and Interview

Upon completing step 3, Applicant is required to undergo an entrance assessment and interview for the College to evaluate their suitability for the selected course.

Issuance of Letter of Offer and Student Contract

Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer and Student Contract. The applicant must review, sign, and return the Student Contract to confirm acceptance of the offer.

Student Pass Application

Upon receipt of the signed Student Contract and necessary documents, the College will proceed to submit the Student Pass application to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore. The general processing time for a new application is 4 to 6 weeks, but some applications may take longer to process. In the case of application rejection, the applicant will receive a copy of a rejection letter issued by ICA. He/she is required to prepare the appeal documents within 2 weeks of the rejection date.

Approval of Student Pass and Pre-Arrival Preparation

Once the Student Pass is approved, the student will be notified and a copy of an In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter issued by ICA will be shared. Student is to make the necessary pre-arrival arrangements, including flight booking, accommodation, and other logistics to prepare for arrival in Singapore.

Payment of Course Fees

The Student shall pay the course fees in accordance with the payment schedule stated in the Student Contract.

Arrival in Singapore and Completion of Student Pass Formalities

Upon arrival, the student will complete the Student Pass formalities and undergo the mandatory medical check-up as part of the student pass issuance process.

Collection of Student Pass

The College will arrange an appointment for the student to visit the ICA for the collection of their Student Pass.

Student Orientation and Course Commencement

The student attends the College's Orientation Programme, and the course will then commence as per schedule stipulated in the Student Contract.
