Transparent fee structure and payment policies
The FPS-G serves to protect the students' fees in the event that a PEI is unable to continue operating due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. The FPS-G also protects the students if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to the students arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
The FPS-G is compulsory for all students taking programmes at PEIs seeking EduTrust certification.
At Equistar International College, we have entered into an agreement with Lonpac Insurance for our FPS-G requirements. All course fees will be protected under the Lonpac Insurance.

Miscellaneous Fee*
An Application Fee of S$ 650 will be collected upon submission of the Application Form.
*Miscellaneous Fees and Application Fee once paid are non-refundable.
Student can make the payment of their course or non-course fees via bank transfer to the below:

If payment is not received within one day after the stipulated deadline as per Student Contract, the Registrar and Student Support Services Department will send a reminder to the Student informing them of the 1-month late payment policy.
The College does not charge a late payment fee. However, should payment remain outstanding, the Student may be withdrawn from the College at the discretion of the College's Management Team.
